Job Title: Food Expediter
Level/Salary Range:
Position Type: Full-Time, Part – Time, Seasonal
Department: Food and Beverage
Reports to: Director of F&B
Job Description:
We are looking for energetic, highly motivated, and friendly people to be a part of our team! With excellent customer service, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. This job is ideal for someone who is reliable, people orientated, pays close attention to detail, and can thrive in a high pressure environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Communicate orders and information between the front of the house and back of the house, making sure that food is cooked in the correct order, quickly, and presented to the member in a timely manner.
· Communicate with cooks and servers regarding food modifications or special needs.
· Verifies all food items on tray for acceptability and appropriateness based on meal ticket.
· Assure food quality, temperature, and presentation.
Requirements
· Service oriented personality with strong communication skills
Physical Requirements and special working conditions
· Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours without sitting down
